Section 1
Your Business Model Canvas
This section deals mainly with the throughprocess that needs to be put in place before we put a business plan together - We discuss The Business Model Canvas and its various sections and how they relate to the diffrent parts of your business. By the end of the course, you will be able to use the Business Model Canvas as a way to explore your entire business on a single sheet of paper.
Section 2
Your "Why, Win and Values"
Whether its your first day in business or you are in your second year, it’s important to know why you are doing what you’re doing, what legacy you wish to leave behind through your business, and how you plan to achieve this. We will also touch on making sure you have all the necessary components to "Win" at your business, and  we discuss the role that values play in the organisation.
Section 3
How to Promote your Business - Traditional Marketing
In this section we will star out by exploring the traditional principles of marketing and market research. We will look at the target market and the 4Ps of marketing, discussin what all elements actually play a vital role in the descicions that business owners need to take about the marketing aspects of their business.

How to Promote your Business - Digital Marketing
Now that we have the basics out of the way, in this section we discuss how to promote your business online and to draw potential buysr to you. We also introduce a number of tools that make an entrepeneurs life a lot less hectic when it comes to marketing. We also provide a list of services and assets that will greatly improve yur efficeincy in communicationg to potential customers online

Finance and Accounting
Even if you plan to never touch the books, every business owner should know their basics to truly understand the business mechanics. In this section you will be introduced to balance sheets and income statements, tips business owners should be mindful of, and a whole bunch of cheat sheets to make things a lot easier.

In this section, we take an indepth look into your business' accounts. we will work through break-even calculations together, review accounting best practices for small business owners, and discuss resources available to you to manage your accounting and finance.

We'll first learn a few tips and tricks to presenting live infront of an audience, and then dive into it ourselves.

Funding and Pitch Deck
The culmination of all the various sections put together, in this section we will learn about and analyze debt, equity, and crowd-funding options as you consider outside investment for your startup. We will discuss the differences between each option and when/how to approach each. And finally, we will put all of this information intoa Pitch deck that you can then have on hand for any opportunity.
